Aha! I see you've arrived at my other project. There has been a long discussion on the various nursing mailing lists that goes something like this:
"We get to talk to each other online all the time, but have no idea what each other looks like. We should have a means of identifying ourselves if we are together at a meeting or conference."
So I put down some money and designed this pin for cyber-nurses to wear. It is gold colored, 1 inch square, with lettering in ocean blue.

It contains 2 international symbols:

The "@", recognized as part of the E-mail address;
the Nightingale lamp, representing nursing

I'm asking for $5 US funds, check or money order per pin.
